Meet Caleb
Caleb is the Cognos Administrator for a Car Dealership Franchisor. Caleb is responsible for installing, patching, and maintaining their IBM Cognos Analytics application. When Cognos Analytics works flawlessly you have Caleb to thank. Keeping things flawless is a big task, however, and the complexity of analytics products means that sometimes the system is down, the reports are slow and users are unhappy.
