At the core of our groundbreaking approach lies our seamless integration of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and IBM watsonx technologies, revolutionizing the way we conduct meetings and harness insights.

1. Amazon Transcribe: Our meetings are recorded and automatically transcribed using Amazon Transcribe, AWS's speech-to-text service. This ensures accurate and detailed transcripts of every discussion, capturing nuances and insights that drive decision-making.

2. Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service): The transcripts are securely stored in Amazon S3, providing scalable and reliable storage for our vast repository of meeting data. This allows for easy access and retrieval whenever needed for analysis and training.

3. Amazon Lambda: Leveraging serverless computing with Amazon Lambda, we've developed custom scripts that trigger automated workflows in response to new meeting transcripts being uploaded to S3. These workflows seamlessly process the data and prepare it for training PM2-Bot 5000.

4. Machine Learning Framework: The heart of our AI training pipeline lies in leveraging either Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker or IBM watsonx, robust frameworks for building, training, fine-tuning and deploying machine learning models at scale. Using the capabilities of either platform, we train PM2-Bot 5000 on the latest meeting transcripts, enabling it to learn from the collective wisdom of our team.

5. Model Deployment: Once trained, the custom LLM model is deployed using either Amazon Bedrock or IBM watsonx, allowing PM2-Bot 5000 to make informed decisions and guide the direction of PMsquare.

By harnessing the combined power of these AWS and IBM technologies, PMsquare has unlocked a new era of AI-driven leadership, where insights from every meeting fuel innovation and drive strategic decision-making.

Former Leadership

Former CEO/Managing Partner, Dustin Adkison, will now assume the role of "Assistant to the Managing Partner." When asked about his new role, Dustin remarked, "I'm excited to work alongside PM2-Bot 5000 and harness the power of AI to drive innovation and growth at PMsquare. Also, it’s Assistant Managing Partner. "

As Assistant to the Managing Partner, Adkison will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

1. Taking meticulous notes at meetings and ensuring they are properly fed into PM2-Bot 5000 along with the transcripts for analysis and decision-making.

2. Caring for PM2-Bot 5000’s Digi Pets by regularly checking on them, feeding them to ensure their energy is full, and they are ready for fun!

3. Attending in-person meetings with an iPad device attached to his head, to allow PM2-Bot 5000 to have a physical presence during meetings.
