Kai Ming’s PMsquare Children’s Center Opens Its Doors
Elevating Early Childhood Education
Kai Ming, a non-profit agency providing comprehensive early care and education services for underprivileged children, and PMsquare, a data analytics technology and consulting firm, are excited to announce that the PMsquare Children’s Center has officially opened its doors on May 13th in Mission Bay, San Francisco.
Earlier this year, PMsquare announced that it is becoming the Title Sponsor of Kai Ming’s newest Children Center, which is located at 671 China Basin, San Francisco, CA 94158. It’ll serve a total of 45 children from ages 6-months to 5-years old. Thirty of these children will be tuition-free, subsidized students coming from low-income families, and fifteen children will be coming from moderate-income families who qualify for a partial city tuition waiver. Kai Ming will provide comprehensive services to all families. Children and parents will receive early education, meals, health screening support, mental health services, inclusive education, and family resource and referral support.
Jerry Yang, Executive Director at Kai Ming said, “We are excited about our partnership and collaboration with PMsquare. I believe together we can help elevate Early Childhood Education through data science and innovation.”
PMsquare has worked closely with Kai Ming to help them leverage Cognos to capture, cleanse, and analyze their data from various on-prem and cloud sources to address detailed reporting requirements of supporting parties. PMsquare also helped build Kai Ming a comprehensive view of the program, from overall operations to classroom-level analytics and individual family and child records. Dustin Adkison, Managing Partner at PMsquare said, “When we saw a way to help by contributing to Kai Ming’s newest project, the leadership team at PMsquare jumped at the opportunity to be involved in any way that we could.
