Thrive Cloud Service

The Thrive cloud service will be undergoing maintenance tonight at 9PM Eastern as a new release is migrated to production. The release is primarily bug fixes and we do not anticipate an outage during the maintenance window. There is no need to upgrade Thrive Sync and no action needed to receive the updated release.

  • THRI-838: Fixed issue in Thrive registration process

  • THRI-849: Fixed issue where reported date was incorrect on issue cards

  • THRI-840: Fixed issue where email dialogue box in issue administration failed to capture all input emails

  • THRI-850: Fixed issue where issue cards were staying snoozed past their snooze date

  • THRI-851: Fixed issue where email notification was not sent on re-occurrence of previously resolved issue

  • THRI-852: Fixed issue where email notification was being send after issue type was turned off

  • THRI-855: Fixed performance issue with issue generation process

  • THRI-858: Fixed issue where the snooze functionality was not working

  • THRI-859: Fixed issue where issue history popup loads very slowly

  • THRI-860: Fixed display of ‘snooze forever’ issues in issue history popup. Forever issues now read ‘Forever’ in until date column

  • THRI-862: Fixed issue where ‘snooze forever’ issues were failing to appear in history popup

  • THRI-863: Fixed issue where custom filter editor performs poorly or crashes when > 70 items are added to filter

  • THRI-864: Fixed issue with api call header limitations
