Why Convert To Data Modules?

IBM Cognos Analytics Data Modules is a modeling solution introduced in Cognos 11 that is meant to supplement and eventually replace Framework Manager. You might ask why would IBM replace Framework Manager Models? Well, here is a list of what Data Modules do that FM Models don’t:
