Sonya started her Cognos career in 2002 as a Cognos trainer, primarily teaching Impromptu and PowerPlay (that's how long ago it was). She worked for Cognos Corp in Boston. Since that time, she's worked for various Cognos/IBM partners in Canada and the USA and has followed Cognos as it moved from desktop tools to full web solutions. She is a senior consultant, helping our customers with everything from server installation, metadata modeling, report and dashboard development, administration, and self-service implementation. She also manages our training practice where she helps our customers find the best solution for educating their users and their entire Cognos team.
