Cognos Analytics Exploration is now accessible with Analytics User Licenses. When IBM launched CA 11.1.1, they introduced a Data Exploration set of capabilities powered by AI. At that time, they made the decision to expose that functionality only in the Analytics Explorer license. This big change will extend that capability to all Analytics User licensees and puts the power of AI into the hands of a much broader audience. Customers on 11.1.1 and higher will be able to use these capabilities immediately. With this change, there is no impact on renewals or pricing.
