IBM Analytics Reddit – AMA
At the beginning of each year, we evaluate how we can better serve our clients and the professionals we interact with. This year we are expanding our support of the IBM Analytics community as a whole, with a focus on providing free technical and business knowledge in easy to find, easy to consume formats.
Outdated, Gated, or Skewed
We recently identified a significant gap between the quality and relevance of online materials related to IBM Analytics and what we perceive to be the current industry standards. And in many cases, there are obstacles that obscure easy access to useful information, best practices and technical tips. Often, technical content online is outdated, gated, or skewed with marketing fluff. From this realization we saw an opportunity to do better.
Our goal is to make it easy to find high quality, timely resources online for IBM’s analytics products. We want to offer them for free via commonly used social portals, rather than holding them for ransom to get contact info. As we thought of ways to make this happen we came up with some refreshing ideas.
Which is why we are excited to share that we will leverage Reddit – the social news aggregation and discussion website – to host a sort of online genius bar for IBM analytics users. We are launching an IBM Analytics Reddit AMA [Ask Me Anything] to share expert content, technical advice and best practice recommendations.
What is an AMA?
Ask Me Anything or AMA is a live Reddit event dedicated to a specific topic. During a Reddit AMA, anyone can ask questions and get timely and straightforward answers.
Our IBM Analytics Reddit AMA will feature informed answers to any of your IBM Analytics questions from sr. solution architects at PMsquare. We will hold the IBM Analytics AMA on a regular basis so you can stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in IBM analytics solutions.
