Overview

The Senior Sales Executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the West region with a focus on cloud solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud solution sales and familiarity with major CSPs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value cloud deals.

Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and lead generation, networking with technology vendors, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Engagement with AWS and Azure to learn key programs, incentives, and co-sell opportunities is a key function of this role. Prior experience in this capacity is strongly desired.

Compensation package includes base salary + commissions + bonuses based on performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with clients, positioning data, analytics, cloud and AI solutions to drive business value

  • Engage with AWS and Azure to leverage key programs, incentives, and co-sell opportunities

  • Lead prospecting efforts, build a strong pipeline, and close high-value cloud deals

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, cloud strategy discussions, and solution demonstrations

  • Negotiate contracts and navigate complex cloud sales cycles

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects

  • Stay current on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud trends to better advise clients

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years in technology solution sales, with at least 2+ years of experience working with the major CSPs.
  • Proven experience working within the AWS Partner ecosystem strongly desired.

 

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AWS services, solutions, and go-to-market models
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with AWS teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
