Where do Ideation Sessions take place?
We recommend conducting Ideation sessions in person to maximize collaboration. However, we understand that time and travel constraints exist. Our teams can be flexible and work with you to determine whether an in-person or virtual session is best.
How long are Ideation Sessions?
Ideation sessions typically last about four hours, or a half-day. Our team can adjust the session format to suit your needs, depending on the situation. Please contact us to further discuss the format that would best suit your team.
Can Ideation Sessions be conducted remotely?
We truly believe in the power of collaborating in person, which is why we opt to run our Ideation Sessions in person. That being said, we can work with you to determine the best format for your objectives.
How long is the Innovation Lab process?
The Innovation Lab is executed in 4 weeks or less.
How much does this engagement cost?
This engagement is offered at a fixed fee, typically ranging between $15-20K. The exact cost will depend on the specific areas you wish to modernize and the complexity of the process.
How long will I have access to the iLAB environment?
You will have access to your iLAB environment for an additional week beyond our engagement, giving you a total of 5 weeks to explore and utilize it.
